In astrology, the way romance plays out in any given week is largely based on the state of Venus and Mars. Venus is in a particularly interesting place right now. Sagittarius is generally viewed as an open-minded and fun-loving place for any planet. But considering it is ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter is now in Aquarius and spinning straight on Monday, this could be an excellent time to get out and have some fun. On Wednesday there is a Full moon in late Aries, and it acquires a sextile from Jupiter. All usual warnings about full moon and werewolves as well as mood swings apply. You will be surprised how hard it can be to resist the temptation to shout at neighbors through a megaphone until they call the police.
If Venus is the “sweet and easy” side of romance, then Mars represents gender. This week, Mars is getting a big boost that will make it feel even happier than usual. The overall Martian mood for this week (and for next week) will be influenced by Mars square Plutowhat exactly is Friday. This can bring tremendous drive and sexual energy. It can’t be convenient. It can’t be pretty. But it will certainly deal a blow. Be careful where you invest that energy.
On Saturday finally the Sun leaves Libra and enters Scorpio. Say what you say about Scorpio, but it is widely considered to be much more open-minded than Libra. If you are looking to make some breakthroughs in your personal life, now would be a good time. And if not? Well, the breakthroughs could happen without you anyway. Do not leave you behind!
