They don’t practice what they preach
There is nothing new under the sun. Jesus criticized the leadership of Palestine in the first century in words that still resonate today: “They tie up heavy burdens that are difficult to carry and place them on the shoulders of others; but they themselves do not want to lift a finger to move it. ‘ We are burdened with paperwork, procedures, and protocols; According to the ever-growing bureaucracy, bureaucracy is the only solution to the idiosyncratic behavior of humanity. Perhaps the secularization of society has led to leaders who do not believe in the invisible world of the Spirit and thus in the good influence of the Holy Spirit. The “scribes and Pharisees” of Jesus’ day were like them: the only way to imagine a docile population was a besieged population. In contrast, Jesus was a free spirit who worked to give life to people. The Law or the Spirit – Who Will Be a Master? Paul: “Christ set us free for freedom!”
