Keep treasures for yourselves in heaven
What do you value and what do you want? How do you watch the world Are you aware of God’s presence every moment? These questions sum up the teaching of Jesus in today’s gospel. There are limitless answers to these questions; The one perfect answer, however, is found in the Trinity and the choice of God’s will. Take stock of what you own and what you want today. Which of these things are distractions? How can you see the world with hopeful eyes? Keep treasures that last forever. Look through the eyes of light.
