I am the resurrection and the life
At the beginning of this year, Pope Francis agreed to the liturgical feast of St. He approved the change after considering “the important evangelical testimony of welcoming the Lord Jesus into your home, listening carefully and believing that he is the resurrection and the life.”
“In the Bethany household, the Lord Jesus experienced the family spirit and friendship of Martha, Mary and Lazarus, and for this reason the Gospel of John says that he loved them,” says the decree. Lord, I pray to be like Martha and always to welcome you generously into my home; To listen attentively to them like Mary and to believe in the resurrection as you proved with Lazarus.
